Menus with calories labeling is a welcome move in theory. I think we should ask ourselves whether we scrutinize the figures before we consume or do we not order the food on the menu because it over comply with our calories needed?

However I feel that there is no harm in checking out how much we consume for the reason to stay healthy.

Christina s article is a very Good Idea I believe if food product labels and restuarants are required to have calorie and heart helth type of labels we could lower our countries type 2 diabetes
folowing a good heathy diet will help.
